Cohorts

People grow better when the journey is shared.

A cohort is more than a group of names on a dashboard. It is a small community where children, adults and activities can be understood together.

03Children, adults, learning and action make more sense together.
A cohort is a relationship

The dashboard should never become the child.

Numbers help adults coordinate. They should not replace the context of the people behind them.

What we want to make visible

Learning, people, action and evidence in one view.

01

People

Who is participating and who is supporting them.

02

Learning

What children are working on and where they may need support.

03

Action

What meaningful community or nature activities are taking place.

04

Evidence

What has actually been recorded and checked.

05

Next step

What the group is learning from the previous cycle.

Any dashboard data shown in a future cohort view must come from the actual project data source. Do not populate it with invented member counts, locations or financial records simply to make the page look complete.
